This policy explains what personal information Abraj Developments collects when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, write to us at info@abrajdevelopments.com.
Who we are
Abraj Developments is a real estate developer that has been building homes since 2009. We decide how and why your information is used, so we are responsible for it (the “controller”).

What we collect and why
When you contact us or ask about a home
When you fill in a form on this website, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the development or home you are interested in, and your message. We use it to answer you, send you the information you asked for and arrange a viewing.
Legal basis: taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.
When you buy a home from us
If you reserve or buy a property, we also keep the details needed for the reservation, the contract, payments and the handover, including identification documents where the law requires them.
Legal basis: performing our contract with you and meeting our legal obligations, such as tax, property and anti-money-laundering rules.
Our newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send you news about our developments. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time.
Legal basis: your consent.
Website statistics and advertising
Only if you accept cookies, we measure how visitors use this website (pages viewed, time spent, the device and approximate location) and how well our advertising works. This helps us improve the website and show our homes to the people most likely to be interested.
Before you choose, Google may receive a basic signal that a page was viewed, without cookies and without anything that identifies you. It lets us estimate visits; nothing more is measured until you accept.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see “Your cookie choices” below).
Keeping the website safe
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending them. Our website host also filters harmful traffic.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website and our inbox free of abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for the work they do for us:
- BDI Corporate, the business management platform where we keep enquiries and customer records (data stored in the European Union).
- Kinsta and Cloudflare, which host this website and protect it.
- Microsoft (Microsoft 365), for our email.
- Resend, which delivers the emails we send.
- Mailchimp (Intuit), for our newsletter.
- Convertful, which shows the sign-up and enquiry windows on this website.
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager and reCAPTCHA) and Meta (Meta Pixel and WhatsApp), for the purposes described above.
We may also share information when the law requires it, for example with tax authorities, the land registry or our lawyers when a sale is completed.
Some of these providers process information outside the European Union, mainly in the United States. When they do, the transfer is protected by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you become a buyer.
- Buyers’ records: for as long as tax, property and anti-money-laundering laws require.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Website statistics: deleted automatically after no longer than 14 months.
