Cyprus’ construction sector continues to show resilience, recording modest growth in activity during the first quarter of 2026, while construction prices rose at a faster pace. According to CySTAT, the Index of Production in Construction reached 120.74 units, marking a 0.7% increase compared to the same period in 2025, while the Output Prices Index rose by 4.7% year-on-year.
This reflects a market where demand and development continue to move forward, even as cost pressures increase. For Abraj, these indicators reinforce the importance of delivering projects built on trust, quality, and long-term value, especially in a growing destination like Cyprus.
